How to prevent a jet-lag
Here is my advice on how to prevent a jet-lag:

- drink lots of juices and water, don't drink any carbonated drinks or alcohol
- eat very little one hour before and during the flight
- some form of exercise: stretching, simple arm & leg movements, if possible walk arround in the cabin
- get all sleep you can
